• Cancellation by Participant:

  • 7 Days Prior or More: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event.
  • Less Than 7 Days Prior: No refund will be issued, but you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, applicable toward another event.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: You will forfeit your ticket and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Event Changes by Us:

  • Postponement or Relocation: You agree to attend the event at the new time or venue. If unable to attend, inform us immediately to receive a credit for future events (no refunds).
  • Cancellation: If an event is permanently canceled, you will receive a full refund.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us promptly to ensure proper handling of your reservation.

Communication and Marketing Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to:

• Start of Sessions: Events will begin once the majority of participants have checked in. No refunds or credits are provided for delays due to the check-in process or event explanations.

Food and Drink Policy

• Ticket Coverage: Ticket prices cover participation in the event only, not food or drinks.

• Purchasing at Venue: Participants are expected to purchase at least one drink or food item during the event to support the venue. Water does not count toward this requirement.

• Limited Offerings: If food or drinks are offered, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds or compensation will be provided if you miss out.

Participant Background Disclaimer

• No Background Checks: We do not conduct background checks on participants regarding criminal history, education, marital status, or other personal information.
